World Intellectual Property Day April 26, 2022 (Innovating for a Better Future)
The world has always relied on Intellectual property and innovation. Whether it be health and wellness or Bluetooth speakers in cars, we have benefited from these novelty inventions and big ideas. Now it is our time to support the inventors of the future. We have approached an exciting time as we watch new technology and perspective spark action in the world of innovation. This is an opportunity for all of us to learn.
This year we celebrate the young learners, leaders, and entrepreneurs of the future. According to WIPO, “the youth of today are an incredible and largely untapped source of creativity and ingenuity. There are around 1.8 billion young people (aged 24) in the world today.” We must make it a point to support them all as they navigate the world of intellectual property and innovation.
