Biography
Mcbee Moore & Vanik IP proudly welcomes Dr. Hemant Khanna as a Patent Agent in the firm’s Biotechnology, and Pharmaceuticals Group. Hemant focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting patent portfolio’s, strategic IP procurement and management of global intellectual property assets in biotechnological and pharmaceutical matters.
Hemant is a strategic executor who has provided his clients with a comprehensive approach to IP protection – incorporating the influence of key decisions by the courts in designing search, protecting innovation, managing product development risk, and monetizing markets – in numerous technology areas including those that are emerging like AIDD that impact macromolecular design and activity.
Hemant’s 15 years of intellectual property experience also involves in-house experience as a patent agent, where he succeeded in establishing his own
drug portfolio in the marketplace. His past experience as a patent examiner uniquely positions him as a client advocate who can expeditiously navigate the ecosystem of the patent examining core in the US and globally to seek the grant of innovation rights for his clients.
